She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Strennen and Ruth Martina Strennen. She is survived by: her husband Dr. David D. Gallagher of Columbus; her son Kyle Hueming of Speedway; and her siblings, Patty Cydrus and Mike Streenen.

In memory of Mrs. Gallagher memorial contributions may be given through the funeral home to C.A.R.E. animal rescue.
