She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Duvall and Reba Goodin Duvall. She is survived by: her husband Michael L. Chadwell; her siblings, Donald Duvall (Cindy), Michael Duvall (Lee Ann), Karen Cundiff (Tim), Sandra Kroger (Denny) and Penny Duvall; and her pets, Titus and Ollie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rittman Funeral Service & Crematory (3855 25th St, Columbus, IN 47203). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made to Columbus Regional Hospital.
