He was predeceased by: his parents, Norton Welker and Beatrice Armstrong Welker. He is survived by: his children, Scott Welker (Tammy) and Marcy Novak (Steve) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Homes and Crematory - Jonathan Moore (4205 Jonathan Moore Pike, Columbus, IN 47201).
