She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Scott Brewer (Mona), Tim Brewer (Gina) and Sherri Quintero (Rick); her grandchildren, Amber Ahlbrand (Kyle), Brittany Fields (Don), Daniel Quintero (Megan), Tiffany Downing (Tyler), Allison Quintero-Auel (Phil) and Max Brewer; her great grandchildren, Tinley Ahlbrand, Collier Culbreth, Conner Culbreth, Carter Culbreth, Trent Downing, Titus Downing, Tatum Downing and Willa Quintero; and her close friend Frankie Taskey.

Memorial contributions in Carol's honor may be made to the Navy Veterans Association or to the Brown County Playhouse.
