It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jean James of Columbus, Indiana, born in Crawfordsville, Indiana, who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Carroll F. James; her brother L. Alan James; and her grandchild Kiegan Frazee. She is survived by: her mother Imogene Mix James; her children, Edward Wells (Jessica Williams) of Henry County and Kristyn Plummer (Mike Cool) of Edinburgh, Indiana; her brother Keith James (Ann) of Columbia, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Gage Plummer, Kaleb Williams, Faith Barrett, Harley Barrett and Graclyn Barrett; her great grandchild Stiles Plummer; her nephews, Kevin James and David James; her niece Amelia James; and her pet Opal.
