She was predeceased by : her parents, Carthel Newton and Ruby Newton; her husbands, Larry Mewbourn and Willy'Wisdom; her brother Donnie Newton; and her niece Hillary Newton.

She is survived by : her daughters, Cheryl Mewbourn and Cheree Johnson (Mike); her grandchildren, Emily Shipley (Jordan), Courtney Johnson (Jared Musick) and Bradley Johnson (Kaylene Fields); her great grandchildren, Kenyon, Kaia Shipley, Asher Moody and Isla Musick; and her brother Adrien Newton (Carolyn) of Maryville, TN..

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fop Lodge #89.
