He is survived by: his sons, Tyler Campbell of Cleveland, OH and Blaise Campbell (Emma Gray) of New Whiteland, IN; his former wife Joni Campbell Morris of Columbus; his grandson Lucas Gray; his sisters, Debra and Elizabeth; Nancy Morris of Wisconsin. He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces, and nephews; and many dear friends.
