He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lowe and Elsie Rains Lowe; his wife Sally Ann Ward; his brothers-in-law, William Lovins and Rick Jackson; his siblings, Willard (Barbara Lowe), Ron (Perna Reed), Ernie Lowe, Don, James Allen (Doris "Harley" Lowe), Collen Lowe and Josephine McMillan; his daughters-in-law, JoeAnn Lowe and Candi Lowe; and his sister-in-law Jan Lowe.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Wilson (Dana) of Columbus, Gary Lowe (Tina) of Columbus, Timmy Lowe of South Carolina and Mark Lowe of Columbus; his grandchildren, Dustin Goodpaster (Kelsey), Marcus Goodpaster (Nichole), Brandon Lowe, Brittany Morehead (Andrew) and Lynnsey Lowe; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Layla, Carter, Ben and Mila; his sisters, Gladys Lovins of Seymour and Ann Jackson of Columbus; and his sister-in-law Brenda Lowe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Healthy Community Church (11910 E State Rd 58, Columbus, IN 47201). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to either Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Mt. Healthy Community Church.
