He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lyons and Dorothy Daniels Lyons; his brother Robert Lyons; and his great-niece Athena Lyons. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Sparks of Columbus, IN and Tera Knapp (Jason) of Columbus, IN; his siblings, Rodney Lyons, Teresa Cox (Tom) of Columbus, IN and Linda Lyons of No; and his grandchildren, Kelsie Neafus (Shane), Chance Knapp and Morgan Knapp.
