She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean L. Macy and Florence Marie Palmer Macy; her son George E. "Ged" Douglas; her siblings, Larry E. Starr, Joseph D. Macy and Savonna Hiten; and her niece Heather Macy.
She is survived by: her son Jason A. Douglas of Columbus, IN; her siblings, Richard Macy (Darlene) of Columbus, IN, Sheila Grosheart (Kendall) of Henryville, IN, Roger Mace (Sandy) of Louisville, KY and Lisa Butler (Mike) of Columbus, IN; her grandchildren, Brooke Cole (Jacob), Tyler Sipes (Carla), Paylee Ertel (John), Jason E. Douglas, Heaven Butler, Cass Butler and Macy Butler; her great grandchildren, Freya Ertel, Finnick Ertel, Braedyn Cole, Maesyn Cole, Emersyn Cole, Griffyn Cole and Madelyn Sipes; her nieces and nephews, Amy, Amber, Brandon, Amanda, Richard, Austin, Kensey, Angie, Cheryl, Lynn, Ally, Joe, Curt, Susie, Frankie and Bobby; and her sister-in-law Connie Starr.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rittman Family Funeral Home (3855 25th St, Columbus, IN 47203). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
