She is survived by: her son Jason A. Douglas of Columbus, IN; her siblings, Richard Macy (Darlene) of Columbus, IN, Sheila Grosheart (Kendall) of Henryville, IN, Roger Macy (Sandy) of Louisville, KY and Lisa Butler (Mike) of Columbus, IN; her grandchildren, Brooke Cole (Jacob), Tyler Sipes (Carla), Paylee Ertel (John), Jason E. Douglas, Heaven Butler, Cass Butler and Macy Butler; her great grandchildren, Freya Ertel, Finnick Ertel, Braedyn Cole, Maesyn Cole, Emersyn Cole, Griffyn Cole and Madelyn Sipes; her siblings' children, Amy, Amber, Brandon, Amanda, Richard, Austin, Kensey, Angie, Cheryl, Lynn, Ally, Joe, Curt, Susie, Frankie and Bobby; and her sister-in-law Connie Starr.
