It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cleveland Williams Jr. (Columbus, Indiana), born in Edinburgh, Indiana, who passed away on December 7, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Thurman Williams, Sr. and On August; and his siblings, Earnest Beatty, Phillip "Tony" Williams and Anna Jane Brantley.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis M. Long; his children, Jeffrey A. Williams of Columbus, Earla Chorley of Nineveh, Cleveland Bryant of California, Jonathan E. Williams of Columbus and Venice Williams of New York; and his brothers, Paul Williams (Carolyn) of Edinburgh and Dorcie "Eddie" Williams of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
