Stephens (Sheri) of Mayfield, KY, Melvin Stephens of Columbus, IN, Phillip Stephens of Columbus, IN, Lloyd Breaux (Katelin) of Columbus, IN, Tammie Gollihare (Raymond) of Texas, Dorothy Lasseigne (Gerald) of Texas, Janie Walling of Columbus, IN and Jayanne Martin (William) of Texas; and his sister Beverly Stephens of Texas. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
