He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie D. Greene and Betty McClintock (Huber); and his stepfather Robert McClintock. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Carson (Paige Miller), Sydney, Sawyer (Gavin Lackey) and Carter; his grandson Hendrix; his siblings, Cindy Grammer (Dale) and Roger Fields; his sister-in-law Michele Fields; and his stepsiblings, Mark, Duane (Donna), Jeff McClintock and Jackie Kidd (Jim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and most cherished friends.

Donations may be made to the Lincoln Central Neighborhood Family Center or Our Hospice of Bartholomew County in his memory.
