She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin W. Pershing and Helen N. Pershing (Chestnut); her husband Joseph Edward Deckard; her brother Frank W. Pershing; and her brother-in-law Durward Freeman.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joseph Thomas Deckard and Elizabeth Ann Deckard; her sisters, Janice Freeman and Sondra Francisco; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Jefferson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The Deckard family requests that those who attend the visitation or funeral service to please wear a mask.
