He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John William Gallagher and Mary Gallagher (Dillon). He is survived by: his former wife Carole; his children, Bryn, Pat and Drew; and his brother John. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Forest Hill Cemetery (8660 OH-66, Piqua, OH 45356).
