He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Rodney Hoover (Lisa), Angela Hurley, David Hoover Jr., Stacie Hoover and Brian Hoover; his siblings, Becky Graham (Pete), Martha Ness, Leah Jackson and Jean Frazee (George); and his grandchildren, Carrie, Zack, Daniel, Dustin, Derik, Tyler and Jessica. He is also survived by his loving family and many friends.
