He was predeceased by: his parents, Lilie Alice Hornback and Ralph Norris; his siblings, Allene Hargett and Robert Norris; and his daughter-in-law Laura Norris (Gary).

He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Norris; his sons, Kerry (Sharon) and Gary (Laura); his grandchildren, Jessica Beswick, Brian (Stephen Dunning) and Brad; his great grandchildren, Parker, Anthony James "AJ" Norris (Ashleigh), Cameron Porter, Lauren Norris and Reid Norris; his sister Alice Williamson (Bill); and his niece Alice Faye Lamb (Pete Kaiser).

Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South-Central Indiana or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
