He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Willin and Virginia Stonerock Willin. He is survived by: his wife Janice Marie Stater; his sons, Troy Willin of Hope and Travis Willin of Hope; his granddaughters, Nicole Willin and Caitlin Willin; his great grandchild Willow McCarty; and his siblings, Donald Willin (Linda), Cathy Ward (Walter) of Columbus, Christine Roll (Marty) of Columbus and Cheri Watson (Richie) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
