He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Eugene and Doris Percifield Bishop; and his siblings, Phyllis Pruitt, Stanley Bishop, Charlene Bair and David Bishop.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly A. Bishop of Columbus; his children, Deann L. Rogers (Tim) of Fishers, Gregory D. Bishop (Steven Herring) of New York, Eric A. Bishop (Lisa) of Columbus and Troy D. Bishop (Sara) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Zach Rogers (Kelsey), Taylor Rogers, Meghan Goe (Grant), Seth Rogers (Amelia), Liz Rogers, Erica Bishop, Carson Bishop and Ephraim Bishop; his sister Cheryl Hendry; and his sister-in-law Carol Ayers. He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews.
