She was predeceased by: her father Richard Perry. She is survived by: her mother Brenda Keith Perry of Columbus; her sons, Bradley T. Perry (Liam Bathory) of Columbus, Brent E. Perry (Chantel) of Columbus and Braydon K. Perry of Columbus; her grandchildren, James and Lucy Perry; and her siblings, Tammy Perry of Columbus, Annetta Perry (Mike Watts) of Fisty and Rick Perry (Renee) of Columbus. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
