She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Alverice and Dorothy Pauline Hill Pitts; and her brother-in-law Farrell Phegley. She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Charles R. Siegel III (Melissa) of Anderson, Tara L. Waldo (Jeffrey) of Hope and Leslie A. Siegel (Juan Carlos Lara) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Charles Waldo, Andrew Waldo (Brittany), Joshua Siegel (Kelsey), Haley Siegel and Shannon Eacret (Theodore); her great grandchildren, Ayden Eacret, Hunter Siegel and Hayden Siegel; and her siblings, Jennie Phegley of Columbus, Dr. David Pitts (Sandy) of Port Townsend and Barry Pitts (Carol Uyeda) of Seattle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
