She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Banks and Betty Ann Evans Banks; and her husband Danny Ray Stephens. She is survived by: her children, Lori Mitchell (Matthew) of Columbus, Davia Stephens of Columbus and Eric Stephens (Amber) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Carter, Ali, Kierra, Kayla, Ethan and Mason; her great grandchildren, Kaison, Dariezen and Anieko; and her siblings, Sherry Burton of Columbus, Karen Stephens (Marty) of North Vernon, Patsy Miller (Tommy) of Shelbyville and Rex Banks of Columbus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
