He is survived by: his brother Roy Smith III; his wife Junko Smith (Jung Sun); his children, Lisa Eddelman (Tim) and Tony Ferreira (Laura); his stepson Masa Haru Hirata (Yoko); his siblings, Bill Smith (Beth), Linda Roy (Rich), Rex Smith (Donna), David Smith (Mary), Darla Rance, Marty Smith (Diana), Bonita Dodd (Kevin) and Holly Wommack (Derik); and his grandchildren, Tiffany Gutierrez, Damian Ward, Mikahla Smith, Brandon Eddelman, Bradley Eddelman, Ridley Ferreira and Piper Ferreira. He is also survived by his children's friends.
