He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Andrews and Berniece Andrews (LaMont); his former wife Martha Anne "Liss" Harris Andrews; his daughter-in-law Jo Andrews; his siblings, Earl Junior Andrews (Ruby), Bonnie Andrews, Betty Matthias (William), William Andrews (Joyce), Lois Flinn (Lee) and Phyllis Westerfield (Tom); and his nephews, Brian Andrews and Tom Westerfield Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Andrews; his children, Mark Andrews and Marcia Goller (Dan); his stepchildren, Debra Clark (Curtis), Dana Mauzy and Rick Mauzy (Nicolle); his grandsons, Brian Goller (Kelly) and Benjamin Goller (Kelsie); and his stepgrandchildren, Nicole Ritenour (Travis), Kimberly Stamper (Paul), Emily Smith (Cole), Joshua Mouser (Mikayla), Cory, Joey and Nathaniel Mauzy. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; 9 step-great grandchildren; 13 nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and great nephews.
