He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lucas; his daughters, Tracy Schwering of Columbus, Janice Root (Bryan) of Columbus and Dawn Isaacs (Mike) of Edinburgh; his sisters, Brenda Mace of Columbus, Sue Gentry (Jesse) of Columbus, Diane East (Joe) of Columbus, Linda Jessie of Columbus and Sharon Graham (Dale) of Columbus; his sister-in-law Belinda Lucas; his grandchildren, Tyler Barr, Autumn Chandler, Jackson Isaacs, Abbey Isaacs, Savannah Root, Sydney Root, Brianna Isaacs, Landon Root, Addison Isaacs and Malcolm Isaacs; and his great grandchildren, Kristopher Chandler, Braylee Chandler, Esther Barr, Xander Chandler and Dallas Isaacs.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rittman Family Funeral Home (3855 25th St, Columbus, IN 47203). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
