He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wendy Wilkins Phillips; his daughters, Kelly Phillips Badal of Los Angeles, CA and Kara Phillips Kopp of Wilmington, NC; his son-in-law Tanveer Badal; his grandchildren, Aria, Sahara Badal, Odella, Tallulah and Smith Kopp; his parents, Alice Phillips and Harrol Phillips of Highland, IN; and his siblings, Janet Ross of Highland, IN, Susan Garvey of Chicago, IL and Thomas Phillips of Denver, CO. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
