Chamberlin, Michael R. Perdue and Diana Lynn Cardinal; her siblings, John Henry, Larry Wiliam, Kenneth, Richard, Frederick Warner, Doris Ann Warner and Carol Sue Warner; and her grandson Jeremy Cardinal.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Joseph Perdue (Kathy) of Scottsburg and Eric K. Perdue of Jonesville; her stepchildren, William E. Chamberlin, David R. Chamberlin, Bonnie M. Haggerty and Phyllis McLellan; her siblings, Joseph K. Warner (Shirley) of Columbus, Earl G. Warner of Greenfield, Raye Louise James of Columbus and Wanda Lou Clawson of Illinois; and her grandchildren, Tina Bower (Christopher) of Scipio, Bonnie Ashman (Larry) of North Vernon, Jolene Wasson of North Vernon, Amanda Kuhfahl (Angie) of Ninevah, E. J., Ryan Perdue of Scottsburg, Billi Wilson (Nathan) of Scottsburg and Jason Hines (Jennifer) of Scottsburg. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
