She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Owens and Lucy Belle Owens (Robertson); and her siblings, Elvis, Kenneth, Dallas Owens, Frances Shepherd, Flossie Knight and Flonnie Short.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Cutsinger of Columbus; her siblings, Calvin Owens (Regina) of Russell Springs, Kentucky, Lilly Fern Ritchie of North Vernon and Molly Bolin of Columbus; her grandchildren, Angela Cutsinger of Brooklyn and Joshua Cutsinger (Chelsea Updike) of Columbus; and her great grandchildren, Sierra Dawn Cutsinger of Columbus, Zane Cutsinger of Brooklyn and Lynnix Cutsinger of Columbus.
Memorials may be made in honor of Fredia through the funeral home for expenses.
