It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail A. Whitis of Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gail A. Whitis to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert M. Hill and Frieda A. Waggoner Hill; and her daughter Kimberly Kay Whitis. She is survived by: her husband Dewey A. Whitis of Columbus; her daughter Melissa Cavanagh (Lee) of London; her stepson Randy Whitis (Kathy) of Columbus; and her grandsons, Gunnar Thompson of Columbus, Derrex Whitis of Columbus and Kyle Whitis of Columbus.

Memorial contributions may be given to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
