She was predeceased by : her parents, Augustine Trebnik and Christine Gilmore Trebnik; and her brother John Trebnik. She is survived by : her husband Bruce C. Burkett; her sons, Brent Burkett of Columbus and Kevin Burkett (Emily) of Greenwood; her granddaughter Trinity Burkett; her great grandchildren, Mason and Kamari Burkett; and her sister Ellen Miller of Dayton, Ohio..
