She was predeceased by: her parents, Minne Bune Lawson Rutledge and Willie E. Rutledge; her former husband William O. Abner; and her brother Robert E. Rutledge. She is survived by: her children, William Daryl Abner (Pam), Robert Graylyn Abner (Cristall), Giovanna Abner McHenry (Steve) and Bryan Keith Abner (Angela); and her fiancé Tom Starnes. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
