He is survived by: his wife Ruth DeLay (Brandt); his children, Dawn DeLay, Darin DeLay (Shaina) and Bryant Howard-DeLay; his grandchildren, Krista Hagerty (Nate), Breanna, Shaelene Guthrie, Jackson, Marshall and Emilia DeLay; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Piper and Paisley; his brothers, Bob DeLay and Richard DeLay (Chloe); and his former wife Donna Holbrook.
