He is survived by: his wife Bette; his sons, Jeffrey (Jan) of Apex, NC, Matthew of Winnetka, IL and Eric (Kelly) of Windham, NH; his grandchildren, Andrew, Nick, Kyle, Patrick and Elizabeth; and his brothers, Roger (Mary Ellen) and Karl (Marilyn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the St. Bartholomew Catholic Church or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
