He is survived by: his wife Martha Brand of Columbus; his son Phillip Galbraith (Linda) of Indianapolis; his grandsons, Tyler Galbraith (Azia) of Columbus and Michael Cook, Jr.; his stepchildren, Joannie Tanner (Joey) of Columbus, Kendra Pearson (Travis) of Columbus, Matthew Brand of Bloomington, Pamela Ryan (Doug) of Lawrenceburg, Charles Lain, Lori Martin and Stacie Hibbs; his granddaughters, Christina Young of Alabama, Jessica Patton of Bloomington and Missy Tanner (Christopher) of Columbus; his great grandchild Alexander Evan Galbraith; and his brother Andrew Galbraith (Linda) of Hope.
