She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Denny and Edna Forgey Denny; her husband Dale Howe; and her sisters, Kathleen Beck, Mary Alice Matthews and Jean Meyer.

She is survived by : her daughters, Janet Valmore (Doug) of Fishers and Leigh Ann Howe of Carmel; and her grandchildren, Lauren and Cameron Valmore.
