She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Richard and Hildred H. Dawson (Huffman); and her husband James D. Radcliffe. She is survived by: her daughter Sue Berry (Dennis) of North Vernon; her grandchildren, Jason Nall (McKenzie) of Seymour and Lindsay Cardinal (Jeremy) of North Vernon; and her great grandchildren, Drew Cardinal of North Vernon, Pressli Nall of Seymour and Remi Nall of Seymour.

Memorials may be made in honor of Jackie through the funeral home to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Four Seasons Employee Christmas Fund.
