He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Nay and Dorothy E. Nay (King); his grandson Charlie David Vandergriff; and his brother John R. Nay. He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Williams; his children, Chad Nay (Ann) of Carmel, IN and Alison Vandergriff (Jeramie) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Andrew Barker of Taylorsville, Louie Vandergriff and Leigh Vandergriff of Columbus; and his brothers, William H. Nay (Nancy) and David R. Nay of Columbus. He is also survived by His children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to Westside Community Church, Riley Hospital for Children in memory of his grandson Charlie David Vandergriff, or the charity of the donor's choice.
