He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert N. Fordice and Morieda B. Fordice (Snyder). He is survived by: his wife Gay Fordice; his son Andrew Fordice; his grandchildren, Emma, Cal, Maggie, Levi and Zion; his sister Linda Gray; and his nieces and nephews, Cathy Thompson, Karen Winkler, Buck and Mike Gray.
