He is survived by: his wife Lorelei Radecki (Perkins); his sons, Sean Radecki of Fort Wayne and Eric Radecki (Becky) of Columbus, Indiana; his grandchildren, Parker Radecki (Katie) of Indianapolis, Elisabeth Malinowski (Nathan) of Oshkosh, Elisia Welch (Josh) of Appleton, Keaton Radecki of Austin, Ethan Radecki of Oshkosh and Camden Radecki (Lyndsey) of Bloomington, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Oliver Welch, Paxton Radecki, Oswald Malinowski and Miles Radecki; his children, John Radecki (Sharon) of Belleville, James Radecki of Belleville, Raymond Radecki of Belleville and Eva Wagner (Rob) of Collinsville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Joseph Radecki of Belleville, Kimberly Radecki of Belleville and Peyton Lane (Cameron) of Collinsville, Illinois; and his great grandchildren, Maple Lane and Indie Lane.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 24th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the First Christian Church (531 5th St, Columbus, IN 47201).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Jan's name to the music ministry of First Christian Church, Columbus, IN.
