She is survived by: her children, Donna Van Klompenburg (Doug) of Columbus, IN and Scott Spofford (Emma) of Lakewood, CO; her stepdaughters, Leslie Kuhn of Seymour, IN, Renee Esser of Poquoson, VA and Linda Pettitt-Smith of Columbus, IN; her grandchildren, Ryan Van Klompenburg (Michelle O'Connor) of Indianapolis, IN, Kyle Van Klompenburg (Alicen) of London, England, Jessica Smith (Nikolas) of Evergreen, CO, Raeanne Stanbro of Denver, CO and Ian Smith of Indianapolis, IN; and her great grandchildren, Artie, Lainie, Rhys Van Klompenburg, Rowan and Ryland Smith.
