He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Heath and Mary Elizabeth Lamb Heath; and his sister Constance McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Annette K. Fleming; his children, Karyn "Casey" DePriest (Scott) of Newburgh, Dan Heath of Columbus and George Heath of Evansville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Madelyn and Jacob DePriest of Newburgh, Indiana; and his close friend Chasyti VanHoosier of Columbus.
