She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollo Riggs and Mary Elsaman Riggs; her husband William; her children, Betty Ann Imel and John Wayne Ime, Jr.; and her siblings, Bill Riggs, Robert Riggs and Mary McClinton.
She is survived by: her son Robert Imel (Cynthia); and her grandchildren, William Imel (Megan), T. J. Imel and Olivia Imel of Columbus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
