He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian Hundley and Beryl Hundley (Roscoe); and his brothers, Jimmy Hundley, Bob Hundley, Kenny Hundley and Keith Hundley.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Jane Hundley; his sons, John Scott Hundley (Penelope) of Columbus, Indiana, Gary Alan Hundley of Columbus, Indiana and Matthew Thomas Hundley (Cindy) of Zionsville, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Paige Barker (Matthias), Chloe Hundley, Grace Rosen (Irving), Noah Hundley, Micah Hundley and Lily Hundley; and his siblings, Michael Hundley (Gloria), Kathleen Rodgers (Gordon) and Charles Robbin Hundley (Sandy).
