He was predeceased by: his parents, Olaf Sorenson and Kathryn Preston Sorenson; his spouse Beverly A. Britton; and his brother-in-law Jack Dodd. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Gibson of Nashville, TN, Jackie Ayers (Tim Jordan) of Columbus, Candice Sorenson of Columbus and Christa Sorenson of Columbus; his grandchildren, Christopher Ayers, Daniel Ayers (Claire), Greg Gibson and Kenzie Gibson; his great grandchildren, Preston and Parker Ayers; his sister Nancy Dodd of Clinton Township, Michigan; his nephew Jack Dodd (Ida) of Dryden, Michigan; his niece Kathy Merecki (John) of Sterling Heights, Michigan; his great-nephews, Jack and Joe; and his great-niece Courtney.
