He is survived by: his mother Mary Louise Rusin (Laurent); his children, Cameron Jacob Rusin, Michael Joseph Vanvolkenburg, Stephen Andrew Rusin, Amaiyah Nicole Rusin and Ashley Elizabeth Johnson; and his sister Tammy Monk.
