We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2025, at the age of 67, Judith Ann (Stevens) Collins (Columbus, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Dr. M. Gene Stevens; and her sister Janet Holtkamp. She is survived by: her mother Jackie Stevens; her husband Earnest Collins; her sons, Jonathan Evans (Brittany) and Christopher Evans; her stepchildren, Earnest Collins Jr. (Tabitha), Clevon Spencer, Mikiko Boyd and Qsheba Collins; and her siblings, Jackie Sue McGinley (Bill), Jody Evans (Doug) and Jim Stevens (Laurel). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Judy's name to the Glioblastoma Foundation.
