She is survived by: her husband David Moore; her children, Nathan Moore (Ashley), James Moore (Tina) and Jessica Koontz (Eric); her grandchildren, Ethan, Alex, Ellaina, Nataliegh, Blake, Julien, Kalieb, Skyler, Callista, Bella, Mia, Coltin and Eli; and her brother Matt West. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
