She is survived by: her husband Earl Gene Warner Sr. of Columbus; her children, Earl Gene Warner, Jr., David Allan Warner (Kassi), Chrystal Gail Graves and Brandon Gene Warner; and her siblings, Sylvia Sue Hinkston of Cincinnati, Joan Francis Smith of Hazard, Dosha Adkins of Campton, Kentucky, Eddie Hensley of Campton, William Hensley of Hazard and Mary Kilbourn of Hazard Kentucky. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
