She is survived by: her father George Sullivan of Blacksburg, Virginia; her husband Rick; her children, Aiden Hannah Booth (Morgan) of Bloomington, Erin Booth of Columbus and Nathan Booth of Columbus; her sisters, Jennifer Brotherton (Brian) of Riner and Elizabeth Scott (Clay) of McCoy, Virginia; her parents-in-law, Andrew and Marilyn Booth of Salisbury, Maryland; and her sister-in-law Catherine Heilman (Kevin) of Abbottstown, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
