He was predeceased by: his parents, John Everett and Carolyn Arnold (Boltinghouse); and his sisters, Karen Sturgeon, Diana Benham and Janet Connell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Dunbar, John Arnold (Rhonda), Roger Arnold (Jan), Mark Arnold (Fran), Barbara Macy (Dennis) and Ronald (Candi); and his cousins, Mike, Jimmy Boltinghouse and Russell Spicer.
